Abstract

Objective
The objective of this study is to verify whether the variables age, sex, income that the person contributes to the household, household tasks that are shared or not and with whom the worker lives influence the perception of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and involvement work of the workers.
Background
The reconciliation between work and family life has become a factor to take into account in today's society. This concept refers to being able to carry out household tasks, taking care of children, etc. and, in addition, the tasks and responsibilities of the work (Martínez & Ybelka, 2016) optimally both in the family home and in the workplace. The incorporation of women into the labor market is not only affected by problems such as the difficulty of reconciling both worlds, but there are also many aspects related to equal opportunities in which women often face great difficulties ( Perugini, 2009). Few studies on variables of the psychological contract introduce sociodomestic variables (Sánchez and Quiroga, 1995) as well as socio-labor variables
